Lease terms: 3, 6, 9, 12 months. $100 administration fee required. $35 app fee. Pet policy: maximum two pets per unit. Refundable pet deposit of $150 and non-refundable pet fee of $300 required, plus monthly pet rent of $20/ea. Breed restrictions apply.
