Windsor Castle entrance fees

Windsor Accredited Blue Badge Guides are admitted free of charge. All un-authorised guides and tour leaders must be included as part of a group booking. For more information, please see Guiding.

Group bookings and payment

Groups are not required to book in advance for Windsor Castle. Tickets can be purchased on the day from the Ticket Desk.

Groups can reserve and book selected tickets on this website or by telephoning the Ticket Sales and Information Office, +44 (0)303 123 7321. Please note that a transaction fee of £2.00 is payable on all telephone bookings.

Pre-booked group tickets must be paid for by credit card or company cheque with two signatures 28 days prior to the day of the visit. On-the-day group visits must be paid for by cash or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Switch/Maestro. Company cheques should be made payable to ‘Royal Collection Enterprises Limited’.

Coach parking

Pay-and-display coach parking is available on Alma Road in the town centre and is clearly signed from all approach routes. A lift takes visitors from the coach park to Windsor Royal Station, a 5– to 10-minute walk to the Castle entrance. Coaches cannot set down or pick up passengers at the entrance to Windsor Castle.
